Work carried out as follows:

  • Removal of external steel panels.
  • Strengthening and insulating timber frame.
  • Application of Swisslab insulated render on BBA sterling boards.
  • Gutters renewed in UPVC.
  • Fascias & soffits renewed in UPVC.

All work carried out on time and within budget.
