The Ailsa Apprenticeship Scheme
The Ailsa Apprenticeship Scheme is an initiative designed to supply a route to a career in the construction industry.
It is open to candidates via a number of routes:
- By direct approach to Ailsa – download application form
- By referral from a training college
- Via various “back to work” schemes
- By referral from Council led employment schemes
The scheme is open to anybody who is entering the employment market for the first time or for anybody wishing to re-train, switch careers, etc. There may also be an opportunity to enter our graduate scheme.
Ailsa are working in conjunction with local colleges and local authorities to deliver modern training within an apprenticeship framework.
